Your Role:
As the Catering Manager, you'll be responsible for the performance of the catering operation of the hotel and Lot 12 by the active selling, detailing and servicing of these events. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving set revenue goals for both Lot 12 and hotel catering.
- Detailing of events utilizing Sales and Catering software.
- Insure set up and servicing is completed timely with creativity and flair.
- Support Director of Sales with site tours and other customer facing events.
- Handle guest requests, resolve problems, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Support other hotel departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
