What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant position at SCM Hotel Operating Company LLC?
The Hilton DFW Lakes is looking for Room Attendants to join the team!
Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining clean guest rooms, servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, stocking carts with room supplies, replacing bed linens and r following company standards and safety/security procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
- Refresh rooms that are not checking out
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to stocking carts with guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen
- Prepare housekeeping cart for next day's use.
- Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Follow “Lost and Found” procedures.
- Adhere to all safety requirements.
