The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center is looking for a Sales Manager Sports/SMERF Market to join the team!
Responsibilities include:
- Manage accounts to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction
- Solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
- Solicit new group sales accounts to fill need periods
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and ancillary revenues.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel,
- Conduct outside sales calls, promote the hotel and review competition.
- Represent hotel at trade shows.
