We are partnering with a client to find a Business Development Manager to join their team. This position focus on selling customized industrial automation solutions to manufacturing customers.

Background Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing
- 10 years relevant technical sales experience specifically in automation with systems integration preferred
- Solution selling in custom solutions and a proven track record of sales in the automation capital goods industry is required
- Ability to travel as needed
Job Responsibilities/Skills
- Study and understand industry and market short- and long-term demand trends
- Prospecting to develop new relationships and opportunities
- Build relationships with potential customers
- Gather information regarding potential opportunities / problems we can solve
- Develop a winning sales strategy to win the business
