Attend Executive Leadership weekly meetings
Develop strategic direction
Develop / update training and mentor programs
Refine value proposition, pricing models
Develop effective distributor relationships
Identify and track competitor offerings, pricing, market trends, etc.
Proactively assess business an organization performance
