What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Manager position at Scofflaw Group?
We are looking for an experienced Bar/Beverage Manager to join Scofflaw.
We are looking for someone with a love of hospitality, spirits, and cocktails. This role would be full time with a mixture of bartending and managing between nights, days and weekends. The Bar/Beverage Manager would lead and ensure quality control within the bar team as well as assist with developing bar menus, working with bar staff, creating special events, and analyzing/monitoring costs.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of high volume cocktail bartending experience, with some management background.
