Mentored Showing Agent Realtor Position - Part Time

We are thrilled to offer an exclusive opportunity for ambitious individuals to join our prestigious team as Full-Time Realtors. This Position will pay weekly on showings performed for Full Time agents. You will receive compensation on Sphere clients that will be worked alongside Top Broker Kirby Scofield, so you can learn every part of the business as you transition into a Full time either Salaried or 1099 agent once you're ready!

As a Showing Agent Realtor, you will receive personalized guidance and mentorship directly from Kirby Scofield, a top broker in Nevada. With over a decade of experience and an outstanding awards and accolades track record, Kirby is renowned for his expertise and exceptional achievements.

In this role, you will receive a competitive fee based on the total weekly showings completed. Kirby will train and guide you, empowering you to surpass sales goals and reach new heights in your real estate career. As you progress, you can transition to a full-time 1099 agent, or a Salaried Agent enjoying higher split compensation and/or advancing as a senior agent with increased salary and fee structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed sales goals and targets through the application of Kirby Scofield's proven strategies and techniques.
• Work closely with Kirby and our team of experienced 1099 Realtors to refine your skills and leverage their industry knowledge.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
• Showcase properties to prospective buyers and guide them through the entire purchasing process, while embodying Kirby's exceptional service standards.
• Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing them with an unparalleled level of care and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Embrace the highest standards of professionalism, dressing impeccably every day to represent our esteemed team.
• Possess reliable transportation to travel to various property locations and client meetings.
• Must have a cell phone and laptop computer for effective communication and remote work.
• Be a Licensed Realtor in the State of Nevada & Curretn Member or able to become a Active Member of Las Vegas Realtors Association "LVR".

Working Hours: On Call as Salaried agents get to busy and need assitance. This schedule offers a balance between weekdays and weekends, maximizing your potential to connect with potential buyers and sellers during peak periods that fit your current schedule outside of Real Estate.

Showing Agent Compensation

Reimbursement on Mileage 65.5 cents per mile

Showing Fees = $40 1st - $5 for consecutive up to 6/ $65 max.

Sphere Clients

$0-199,999 = $1,250

$200,000-$299,999 = $1,500

$300,000-$424,999= $1,687.50

$425,000-$624,999= $2,000

$625,000-$824,999= $2,250

$825,000-$974,999= $3,062.50

$975,000-$1,274,000= $3,750

$1,275,000-$1,499,999= $4,500

$1,500,000-$1,799,999= $5,812.50

$1,800,000-$2,199,999= $10,000

$2,200,000-$2,999,999=$16,250

$3,000,000-$4,999,999= $23,125

$5,000,000 =25% of the commission received by Scofield Realty (Minimum $25,000)

All Sphere will be worked alongside Kirby, so 100% coverage while you work another job.

Step up when ready to transition to 1099 Agent or Salaried Agent.

On call for Showings as Agents need assistance.

Paid Weekly on Payroll w/ Taxes taken out Direct Deposit.
