Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting attorneys with case preparation and coordination. Additional tasks include maintaining and organizing case files, managing court filings, and scheduling hearings and depositions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Proficiency in Legal Research
- Skills in drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A paralegal certificate or degree in Legal Studies or related field
- Previous litigation experience is a plus
