Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, multitasking superstar to join our team as a Café Bartender! This role is more than just pouring drinks—it’s about creating a warm, welcoming vibe for our breakfast bar guests, crafting delicious beverages (from wine pours to lattes), and keeping to-go orders running smoothly. If you’re a morning person with great customer service skills, barista experience, and a love for all things brunch, we want to meet you. Bonus: the tips are great, too!
What You’ll Do
- Serve beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with care and consistency.
- Prepare specialty coffees, teas, and other café drinks (barista experience = big bonus!).
- Welcome guests seated at the bar and provide attentive service throughout their meal.
- Assist with breakfast service and ensure guests at the bar feel just as cared for as those at tables.
- Pack and process to-go orders quickly and accurately, keeping things warm, tidy, and labeled.
- Use Aloha POS to enter orders and handle payments confidently.
- Keep the bar and service area clean, stocked, and organized.
- Follow all food safety and service guidelines with professionalism.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a café, bar, or food service environment is preferred.
- A background in barista work is a major plus!
- Strong multitasking skills—you can pour a coffee, chat with a guest, and prep a to-go bag without breaking a sweat.
- A warm, upbeat personality and excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in keeping your space clean and welcoming.
- Availability for morning and weekend shifts.
