A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Store Manager is responsible for all areas of hiring, scheduling, barista training, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. This role is a vital aspect in building, developing, and leading a friendly, service-oriented barista team and exemplifies Scooter's Coffee core values. As the Store Manager you will receive hands on leadership training in all areas of this role.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively teach and lead others
- Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to motivate a team and convey a positive 'team spirit' amongst the staff
- Passion for working with people
- Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style
- Prior management or leadership experience preferred, but no required. No prior Scooter's Management or Barista experience necessary.
