Store Manager

We are looking for a leader with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality to manage our Scooter's Coffee drive-thru only store! As a leader, you’ll develop the culture in your store using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide. If coffee is new to you, don’t worry. We’ll teach you everything you need know about leading a coffee store!

Hours: 40-45 per week

• Base salary of $40-55,000 per year, based on experience

Wondering what a store manager does? First and foremost, they grow store sales. The primary way they do this is by personally being a dynamic barista themselves, and by hiring and training other baristas to move with speed and precision to give our customers their favorite drinks as fast as possible. Taking care of the customer with speedy efficiency and a smile is the path to growth, and that’s what we ask our managers to do and train others to do as well.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, & develop team members and the management team

• Ensure a quality customer experience through staffing, execution of recipes and techniques, and by providing Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service experience

• Work with senior management to improve the team member and guest experience

• Build sales through relationships with guests and the community at large

• Control expenses to budget metrics

Requirements:

• Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment

• Please note, training for this position will take place in Omaha, NE for the first 4-weeks of employment. You’ll receive your full salary. Travel, housing, & meal expenses will be covered by the company
