- Utilize lean principles to enhance processes across the value stream, from suppliers to customers
- Lead initiatives to improve material supply chains and service levels by improving information flow between customers, sales, and supplying plants
- Use Macola to generate production orders and determine necessary items to be ordered
- Commit to shipping or expedite dates as needed
- Maintain master data for customers and suppliers to meet material and shipping requirements
- Analyze and monitor key planning parameters, including order changes and inventory levels
- Collaborate with teams to plan capacity and schedule customer orders for the appropriate work centers
- Support new product introductions and manage engineering/revision changes while minimizing obsolescence risks
- Work closely with internal suppliers and purchasing teams to address shortages or short lead-time needs
- Review inventory for excess, obsolete items, or parts in transition, and generate scrapping proposals
- Monitor production data, including raw material usage and quality control measures
- Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments
- Associate's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Capacity Planning, or Production Planning
- APICS - CPIM certification preferred
- Proficiency with Macola or similar ERP systems using inventory control methods (MRP)
- Strong skills in MS Office suite
