We are looking for a motivated Automation Technician to join our team and help drive our success in the U.S. market. This role is hands-on, customer-focused, and project-driven, requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, configure, and test automation systems to meet customer specifications
- Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) to ensure proper machine functionality before shipping
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and automation components
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers
- Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback on product improvements
- Develop user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, electrical engineering, and mechanical assembly
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
- Experience with MS Office; AutoCAD or similar software knowledge is a plus
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different projects and environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically (must be able to obtain a passport)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
