Job Description
The position will have a US market focus while coordinating with SCOR L&H to access and leverage the experience in other jurisdictions globally and requires leadership, collaboration, creativity, and structuring skills as well as the development of talent within the team.
Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities
- Leading high-performing cross-function deal teams to structure and execute complex transaction.
- Have familiarity of market techniques used to solve current industry needs.
- Collaborate with US traditional market team to source, market, and design client solution.
- Manage internal approvals with stakeholder management, to gain support throughout the deal generation.
- Design new solutions arising from change in regulations and / or specific needs from clients and support securing internal appetite.
- Contribute to the global Financial Solutions team objectives in terms of risk management, strategic planning, reporting and financial targets.
- Help to achieve organizational branding goals to create the image of SCOR as a major player in innovative financial solutions by attending and participating at targeted industry conferences and by visiting clients.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts in insurance companies, outside advisors, and intermediaries to source transactions and gain market intelligence

Pay Range for roles performed in North Carolina : $225,000 - $325,000 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, role and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCOR's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement saving plan, paid holidays and paid time off."
