Job Description
Within the Product and Innovation Team, you are Product & Innovation Manager in charge of (i) supporting Reinsurance and Specialty Insurance underwriting teams in their underwriting development projects and (ii) building a portfolio of new insurance products, systems and services (in-house and through partnerships). You will benefit from SCOR P&C resources and will interact with market / client managers to steer a wide range of initiatives including interaction with clients. Your generalist UW expertise, Data science interest and PMO capabilities will be key success factors for the Product & Innovation portfolio.
Responsibilities
As the P&C Product & Innovation Manager, you will support Reinsurance and Specialty Insurance underwriting teams in their efforts to develop insurance products and services for treaty and corporate clients :
- Participate to any underwriting development projects :
either on Specialty Insurance or for our Reinsurance clients,
Provide market insight and development
Bring technical expertise on new product / services
Risk modeling
Opportunity identification

Pay Range for this role : $178,000-$260,000 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, role and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCOR's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement saving plan, paid holidays and paid time off."
