Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist clients with insurance policy changes, quotes, renewals, and claims processing.
- Educate clients on various insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
- Collaborate with agents to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Translate communications and documents between English and Spanish, as needed.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and cross-selling opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and software applications.
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is advantageous but not mandatory.
