What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender and Server position at Scorers Sports Bar and Rest?
Scorer’s Sports Bar is looking to add full-time and part-time bartenders to our team! Experience is not required as we offer on the job training. All tips paid at end of shift, no tip outs, no tip splits, and no tip pools. Hourly pay is paid by check bi-monthly. Room for advancement for the right individual. Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100.00 - $225.00 per day
Expected hours: 32 per week
