We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketing Manager to drive the growth and success of our online sales channels. In this role, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple eCommerce channels and platforms. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing the customer journey, maximizing conversion rates, and developing strategic marketing campaigns that increase traffic, revenue, and customer loyalty.
- eCommerce Strategy Development and Execution
Develop, implement, and manage the overarching eCommerce marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and revenue goals.
Drive eCommerce sales and revenue through effective campaigns across digital marketing channels including paid social, paid search, email, display advertising, TikTok Shops and affiliate programs.
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Use data-driven insights to implement A / B testing, personalization, and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques across the eCommerce site and digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with product, creative, and content teams to ensure that product listings, images, and descriptions are optimized for search and meet brand guidelines.
Oversee promotions, product launches, seasonal sales, and other initiatives to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.
Work with our internal and external partners on UGC creation as needed
Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, AOV, CLV) and adjust strategies accordingly to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed reports for management, outlining campaign performance, key insights, and areas for growth.
Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns, including TikTok and TikTok Shop (including affiliate recruitment and management), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to ensure a high ROAS.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
Implement customer retention strategies, including email marketing, and personalized experiences to increase repeat purchases.
Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and retain customers.
Develop and manage the eCommerce marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are executed within budget and deliver on KPIs.
Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
3–5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or digital marketing, ideally with experience managing multiple channels
Demonstrated expertise in developing, launching, and scaling paid direct-to-consumer (D2C) advertising campaigns on TikTok and TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
Proven track record of driving growth through digital marketing campaigns, CRO, and eCommerce optimization
Proficiency in PPC, social media advertising, email marketing and affiliate marketing
Intermediate experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience building and sending email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms with functioning knowledge of HTML is a plus (We are currently on Magento2 and could migrate to Shopify Plus in the future)
