What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at Scotland Memorial Hospital?
Position will provide individualized and holistic palliative care consults, counseling and symptom management for palliative care patients and families in collaboration with the primary care physician and hospice physician.
Qualifications include current NC Medical Board licensure and current NC or Multistate RN licensure; master's degree in nursing; certification in Hospice & Palliative Care preferred.
