IT Support Professional

Scott Electric is looking for a motivated IT Support Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in maintaining and optimizing our technology infrastructure. If you're passionate about problem-solving and eager to grow your IT skills, we want to hear from you! This position is Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Image and install client systems
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
• Manage network services and support VoIP phone systems
• Handle password management and train end users on new technologies

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11, Windows 10, Mac OSX, iOS, and Android
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of professional IT support experience
• Familiarity with desktop imaging software
• Experience with Linux and Unix CLI
• Proficiency in remote support software (e.g., LogMeIn, VNC, MSTSC)
