Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and expertise in glass and glazing systems? We are partnering with a highly regarded glass and glazing subcontractor seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team in Charlotte, NC!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile projects and work with advanced systems, including storefronts, curtain walls, window walls, aluminum panels, and more, while contributing to the success of a growing and dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of assigned glass and glazing projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, general contractors, and other subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
- Lead project meetings to address challenges, track progress, and ensure smooth communication between all parties.
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to support repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a strong emphasis on glass and glazing systems.
- Expertise in systems such as storefronts, curtain walls, window walls, and aluminum panels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a focus on budgets, schedules, and quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and fostering client relationships.
- Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
