Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project execution including preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, and delivery
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure scope, budget, and schedule compliance
- Review and maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking
- Collaborate with field teams and owners to resolve challenges and maintain alignment on project goals
- Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, driving communication and accountability
- Monitor job costs, forecast risk, and support timely billing and cash flow
- Oversee project closeout, including punch list resolution, owner training, and final documentation
- Promote company safety culture and quality standards across all phases
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with at least some aviation or data center builds
- Proven track record delivering large projects, $50M in value
- Strong working knowledge of MEP coordination, technical trades, and commissioning workflows
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Excel
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel – rotational or project-based assignment model
