Position Summary: The System Technician’s primary responsibilities include the building and fabrication of hydraulic and pneumatic Engineered Systems projects. This position requires an individual with a hands-on, mechanical background, with electrical knowledge also being a plus in this role. Teamwork and communications skills are vital to collaborate with all departments within the company as well as customers.
Job Functions:
- Read schematics and follow drawings to build hydraulic engineered systems.
- Identify components and materials being utilized in the system and integrate them.
- Work with Engineering Support Specialist to ensure necessary fittings are in stock.
- Ability to follow direction and request assistance when needed throughout construction process.
- Perform final testing of the completed system and document results.
- Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple tasks
Required Education:
- High School diploma (Tech or vocational education a plus)
- Provide your own basic hand tools
Qualifications and Skills:
- MIG welding
- Metal Fabrication
- Panel and machine wiring a plus.
- Previous hydraulic experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
