What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trade Finance Analyst position at Scott Jeffries Associates?
International NYC based commodities trading firm is looking to add a structured trade finance analyst to their finance/treasury operations team . . . ideally 4 plus years from the financial services industry.
Position will report to a Director and be involved in the following:
-Oversee daily logistics and trade finance activities
-Maintaining control and reconciliation of logistics, ensuring internal booking and accounting of purchase/sales contracts
-Collaborate with physical operations, investment and commercial teams
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensuring seamless communication
-Manage accounts with a focus on regional market oversight, customer requirements and inventory tracking
-Special ad hoc projects for senior finance and operations executives.
