Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Organizational Development activities aimed at identifying high-potential talent for growth and succession, as well as fostering and accelerating leadership development.
- Collaborate with HR team providing oversight for performance management processes, career pathing, and individual development planning.
- Perform needs assessments, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve organizational processes, structures, and systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational development, and work with HRIS and cross-functional teams to incorporate innovative approaches into program design and delivery.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
- Create and maintain metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field and 5 years of related experience in organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development, including preferably experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices, with the ability to apply them strategically to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting needs assessments, facilitating workshops, and designing training programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels of the organization.
