Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Management:
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and optimization across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and implement engaging campaigns to grow brand presence and drive customer engagement.
- Support Marketing Assistants in content ideation and execution.
SEO & Website Management:
- Manage website updates and minor maintenance to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Optimize SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic.
Digital Advertising & Email Marketing:
- Oversee and manage paid digital advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute email marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
Analytics & Strategy:
- Monitor digital marketing performance, providing reports and data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in advertising strategy development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify trends and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website management (WordPress or similar CMS experience preferred).
- Experience with content creation and copywriting for digital platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
