Scotty's Contracting and Stone, LLC is a subsidiary of Houchens Industries and participates in an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). The Employee Stock Ownership Plan provides employees with a retirement through profit sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Install, configure, and deploy workstations in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets including computers, toner, and other IT consumables, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Manage user access and security using Microsoft Azure and Windows RSAT tools.
- Assist in the deployment and troubleshooting of network-related issues, particularly within environments using Meraki solutions.
- Offer remote support to users, addressing problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the Help Desk Ticketing system, ensuring a clear record for future reference and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in IT Help Desk or IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft products, including Microsoft Azure.
- Proficient in networking concepts and technologies, specifically Meraki networks.
- Experience with VoIP systems
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
- Practical knowledge of Windows RSAT and effective user and server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with a diverse team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
