Our client is an AI/ML startup, at the forefront of their space, pushing the next generation of solutions within Gen AI/LLM in particular. They have taken a healthy amount of early-stage funding and are looking to grow extensively in 2025 based on exciting new product developments.💲
The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading as the product leader for a super innovative Gen AI platform, with full responsibility for this solution moving forward. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll be the go-to PM for their newest offering, focusing on building awareness and enabling the continued success of this truly unique offering. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Convert ideas and user feedback into a clear product vision and roadmap 🔍
- Lead product development in collaboration with top-tier engineering and design teams 🫰
- Communicate product priorities to the open-source community and work with product marketing on messaging strategies 🤝
- Effectively present product plans, benefits, and outcomes to internal stakeholders 💼
- Track and evaluate the performance of launched features, using insights to refine the product roadmap 🎯
What They’re Looking For:
- Over 3 years of product management experience delivering successful and innovative products 🌐
- Proven track record working with developer tools and technical end-users ✏️
- Experienced in delivering high-quality features from planning through launch and ongoing maintenance
- Strong ability to communicate product features clearly to engineers, balancing impact and complexity when prioritizing feature scope 👥
- Demonstrated design and UX expertise 🌟
- Experience working with open-source products 💥
- Familiarity with Large Language Model products
