As an Engagement Executive at the Scouting America, Alamo Area Council your primary role will be to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and work closely with them to understand their requirements and provide exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by being their main point of contact within the Council.
- Client Support: Understand client needs and requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues or requests.
- Account Oversight: Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring that all safety policies and top-quality programs are met.
- Communication: Communicate weekly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Client Retention: Work to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates by providing exceptional service and support. Identify high-capacity volunteers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the Council's CRM system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Council to ensure the delivery of quality services while following the Council Strategic Plan.
- Client Reporting: Prepare and present reports on client performance and status regularly.
- Key Performance Indicators: Drive ongoing increase of KPI’s on all client’s performance.
- Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on all Scouting programs.
