Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Location : Hybrid (Preferred Onsite in ([ Kinston, NC - Physical Headquarters ])
Overview
Scouting America – East Carolina Council seeks a creative and ambitious marketing professional to take ownership of our social media, website, and digital marketing efforts . This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage the full marketing strategy for a nonprofit organization, including expanding our social media presence, optimizing our website, and creating engaging content.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience and the freedom to shape and grow a brand’s digital footprint .
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content (50%)
- Launch and manage new social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, , Twitter / X, etc.), in addition to maintaining Facebook .
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content (posts, videos, reels, infographics).
- Use AI-powered tools for content generation and audience engagement.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions.
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Website & Email Marketing (30%)
Brand Development & Marketing Strategy (20%)
