Position Summary
Sack Capital Partners is looking for an experienced Plumber Maintenance Technician who can support a sites within our East Bay portfolio, specifically, Richmond, CA. The ideal candidate must is a skilled tradesperson in charge of installing, inspecting, and repairing pipes and plumbing systems and assure all plumbing-related components operate correctly. Their proactive approach will complement their ability to find the source of leaks and blockages, fixing or replacing broken parts and testing plumbing systems. This position requires respectful interaction with residents as well as vendors and other team members. A successful candidate will be a good problem solver and a self-starter. This position reports directly to the Community Director.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions
- Perform regular maintenance of plumbing systems at multi-family residential sites.
- Perform installation of plumbing systems for existing and soon to be renovated properties.
- Perform necessary repairs and inspect previously installed plumbing systems at designated communities.
- Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing and ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained.
- Communicate well with team members and residents to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage a work log and maintain accurate reports of work done at various job sites.
- As needed, provide information regarding plumbing system maintenance to Operations and residents.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, and investors to leave a professional and positive impression of Sack Properties.
- Create a positive work environment to obtain company objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ trade experience as a Plumber or apprentice.
- A valid Plumber’s License
- Experience working in a multi-family residential environment, preferred.
- Exemplary Time Management skill.
- As needed, the ability to travel to and support various communities withing the East Bay region.
- Level 2 Intermediate Plumbing Diploma, preferred.
- Level 3 Advanced Plumbing Diploma, desired.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
