Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern who is eager to dive into HR, to join our dynamic HR team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, offering an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in a real-world setting.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Assist in the administration of COBRA management
Maintain and organize employee files while ensuring confidentiality
Assist with various HR projects
Handle basic employee questions regarding where specific information can be found, insurance card help, navigating internal platforms, etc.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, I-9 Verification
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Manage employee anniversary recognition
Assist in planning activities and events such as the company holiday party
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Assist in recruiting efforts
Research HR compliance; provide results to HR team
Other duties as assigned

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
