Scranton Chevrolet is looking for a reliable, personable, organized, and responsible individual to handle customer reception both virtual and in person. Dealership experience is preferred but we will train the right person for the position. Applicants should be self motivated to learn and earn. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Contacting customers utilizing our systems to schedule appointments for service work.
- Answering incoming calls for appointments and customer inquiries.
- Communicating through email, text and phone.
- Assisting service advisors and the service team.
- Greeting customers at vehicle pickup, collecting payment, signatures, and recording the completed transaction.
- Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers and be able to handle a fast paced environment.
- Commission program for successful appointment setting on top of hourly wage.
