Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming phone leads.
- Be available to respond to phone call inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
- Assist customers in properly setting appointments with well-estimated promise/completion time.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
Skills / Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office background preferred.
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
- Current or previous Automotive Dealership BDC / Internet Specialist experience highly preferred.
