We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing and Social Media Ambassador to help build and enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging content, growing online communities, and driving brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, the ambassador will develop and implement social media campaigns, collaborate with influencers, and engage with audiences to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.

The Marketing and Social Media Ambassador will be responsible for curating, scheduling, and posting content on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Additionally, the role includes analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing feedback to optimize marketing strategies. The ambassador will also serve as a brand advocate, representing our company values and voice in all interactions with followers and potential customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience social media management in restaurant and bar, a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, and excellent communication skills. Creativity, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities :

Take part in weekly strategy meetings to discuss social media plans.
Assist with marketing projects for various initiatives.
Help coordinate promotional events or digital campaigns.
Brainstorm creative ideas for advertising campaigns.
Post content consistently on popular platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Use marketing analytics methods to collect crucial data from different sources, including social media,

website metrics, and rankings analysis.

Manage and regularly update podcasts on all social media platforms.

Oversee the scheduling of posts across different social media channels.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Currently pursuing a Marketing Degree (would be a plus)

Previous internship experience (would be a plus).

Shows a proactive attitude toward accomplishing goals effectively.

Can efficiently handle multiple tasks while working well under pressure.

Proficient in managing various social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram

Displays exceptional creativity and self-motivation.

Strong teamwork skills and impressive communication abilities.

Possesses excellent time management capabilities.
