The Human Resources Coordinator exists to support the smooth operation of the Human Resources department, focusing on handling administrative tasks, recruitment support, benefits coordination, and maintaining accurate HR data. This role will also help ensure compliance with relevant labor laws in the various states and countries the company operates. 


A successful Human Resources Coordinator at Screen Pilot will exercise the utmost levels of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism. This position requires highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and the ability to solve potentially sensitive and complex issues where solutions need to be equitable and consistent across the organization.


Screen Pilot has headquarters in both Denver, Colorado and London, England! While the Human Resources Coordinator will be based in Denver, Colorado, this role will be pivotal in helping to support our global processes, procedures, and initiatives. All duties and responsibilities listed below will span both our Denver and London offices.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update employee personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
  • Assist with recruiting efforts including the preparation of job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including the drafting of offer letters, distribution of onboarding documents, accurate uploading of new hire information, arranging IT and workspace needs, and verifying I-9 documents
  • Assist in the administration of the organization’s annual incentive program
  • Support learning and development initiatives by helping to schedule sessions, preparing documents and creating slide presentations
  • Address employee concerns and HR-related questions in a fair and timely manner, promoting a positive work environment
  • Prepare HR-related reports, ensuring people data is used effectively within the organization
  • Assist in the updating and maintenance of HR policies, ensuring staff are informed of any changes or updates
  • Support employee offboarding by ensuring the return of company assets and confirming the employee’s removal from all relevant systems
  • Help execute employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • Perform regular audits of employee records to ensure accuracy is maintained at all times
  • Support Director of Human Resources with administrative tasks as needed


Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years’ experience in a human resources coordinator or generalist role
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about global HR practices and policies
  • Passion for continuous improvement and willingness and courage to challenge the status quo
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management; able to effectively prioritize
  • Superb anticipation skills; problem solving; follow up.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with people at all organizational levels and able to adapt to diverse perspectives and styles.
