Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse/Shipping Associate & Forklift Operator to join our logistics team. This hands-on role is essential to our day-to-day operations and includes handling inbound and outbound shipments, operating forklifts, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Compensation
- Overtime: May be required based on shipping needs
- Pay Rate: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation accurately
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and finished products
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Work as part of a team to meet daily logistics and production goals
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving roles
- Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain one
- A team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Desire to learn new skills and grow within the company
- Familiarity with basic inventory systems or shipping software is a plus
- Maintain a consistent pace throughout the day while focusing on quality and safety
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow established processes and systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual work habits
- Willingness to work in both hot and cold environments
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
