Position Title : VP, Financial Planning & Analysis and Exhibitor Finance
Reports To : SVP, Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall budget and forecast preparation for the company to include preparation of all financials and reports required by Board of Directors.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Act as an internal consultant and interact with management of all levels to help identify opportunities that can provide positive results to the bottom line.
- Participate in company Budget and Forecasting process
- Manage gross margin reporting and calculation.
- Oversee affiliate accounting
- Develop, interpret, and analyze company performance and report results to senior management.
- Work closely with Accounting team to analyze actual financial results against forecasts and present to management.
- Provide strategic financial analysis in the decision-making process to support Business Development.
Qualifications :
Salary Range : 150,000 - 165,000 USD Annually Benefits Bonus Opportunity
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education / training and skill level.
