We seek a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals responsible for delivering direct care within the scope of their practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning, implementing a plan of care, and evaluating progress towards expected outcomes. With patient-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for patients' care under their supervision, working collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal care.
This role is ideal for a flexible RN who is willing to be adaptable and flexible. As part of our close-knit Site-Based Float Pool at Scripps Memorial Encinitas, you will engage with a wide variety of patients, seeing how different floors work while feeling part of the team. This is a Full Time 12-hour Days position located at Scripps Memorial Encinitas.
This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives of $7k. To remain eligible, candidates must meet specific criteria, including maintaining their original FTE status, shift, department, specialty, and job title.
Required Qualifications:
- One (1) year of RN experience
- Current CA RN License
- Current BLS and ACLS Healthcare Provider through American Heart Association
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Must be able to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
