Scrub Daddy is looking for a Marketing Manager with CPG experience for our corporate office in Pennsauken, NJ. The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing, including product positioning, branding, packaging, sales promotions, and market analysis, with a goal of maximizing sales and market share to align with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Launches
- Develop launch strategies for new product introductions, including claim development, packaging design, pricing, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like R&D, sales, and operations to ensure smooth product launches.
- Manage outside resources such as copywriters and graphic designers to develop on-brand messaging and trademarks
Retail Partnerships
- Build relationships with key retail partners to secure optimal shelf space and promotional opportunities.
- Recommend and manage in-store marketing activities.
Sales Support
- Provide strategic sales materials and marketing support to help the sales team achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement.
Market Analysis and Insights
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify market gaps and potential new product development opportunities.
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Work with the social media team on content and influencer campaigns where relevant to support brand, product, and customer growth
- Manage marketing and promotional budgets and allocate funds effectively across different campaign elements.
- Recommend and monitor campaigns evaluating performance through key metrics like brand awareness, sales lift, and ROI.
Brand Strategy Development
- Continually optimize brand positioning, target audience, and key messaging
- Develop brand plans to drive sustainable growth and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape analysis.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years or more experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and project management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- A creative marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to understand buyers’ needs, social media marketing, and SEO
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
- CPG (Consumer Service Goods) industry experience preferred

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
