Position Overview:
We are looking for Window Cleaners to work in the DFW area, delivering top-notch window cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ properties shine with the same level of excellence that has earned us over 100 5-star reviews in our first year.

Responsibilities:
Perform residential and commercial window cleaning services to the highest standards.
Ensure safety while working at heights (up to 30 feet), using ladders, lifts, and appropriate safety gear.
Work efficiently to complete jobs within the scheduled time frame, without compromising quality.
Interact with clients in a professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
Follow company procedures for job safety, quality control, and customer service.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work at heights and carry out physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to job sites.
