Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our busy legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient workflow within the office environment. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. We are seeking a long-term, committed employee that is willing to learn and grow with us! This is not a short-term position.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with billing and accounting of expenses and payments.
- Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems efficiently.
- Draft and edit letters and documents as needed.
- Provide proofreading support for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Proficient in office management practices and clerical procedures.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
