Job Description: Lawn Maintenance, Social Media Marketing, Retail Sales, and Parking Attendant Position Title: Multi-Role Operations Specialist Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (flexible based on candidate availability) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate/salary based on experience starting 12.00-17.00 HR About Us: We are a locally owned lawn service company that specialize in the greenscape. We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual who can contribute to our operations in a variety of ways. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lawn Maintenance for clients and orchard Maintenance Mow, trim, and maintain the lawn and parking areas. Care for orchard trees, including pruning, watering, and monitoring tree health. Assist in seasonal planting, harvesting, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. Ensure parking areas remain clean, organized, and accessible. 2. Social Media Marketing Create engaging posts and updates for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Photograph and promote seasonal offerings, events, and community highlights. Respond to customer inquiries and comments online in a timely manner. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to boost visibility and engagement. 3. Retail Sales Assist customers in our retail area, ensuring a friendly and helpful shopping experience. Restock products, maintain cleanliness, and create attractive displays. Handle sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale system. Provide information on seasonal offerings and promotions. 4. Parking Attendant Duties Guide customers to appropriate parking spots for their vehicles. Manage parking flow during busy times or events. Address customer questions or concerns related to parking. Qualifications: Previous experience in one or more of the responsibilities listed is a plus but not required. Basic knowledge of lawn care, plants, irrigation, pest control Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Physically capable of performing maintenance tasks and handling retail duties. Preferred Skills: Experience with photography and social media marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
