We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming phone calls, utilizing phone systems to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain and organize schedules through calendar management, coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, including acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Assisting with scheduling and data entry.
- Assisting with recruiting and recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is preferred, 2 years of experience.
- Great grammar, diction, style, and proofreading is a requirement.
- Call Center Experience a plus!
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles.
- Proficient in using computer systems for various administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective calendar management and document proofreading.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
