This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients, while ensuring smooth operational processes at the front desk. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Front Desk Coordinator will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and facilitating communication between clients and our medical staff. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the med spa industry and possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing appointment scheduling, handling administrative tasks. Additionally, the Front Desk Coordinator will assist in marketing efforts and ensure that all client records are accurately maintained. This position demands a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage inquiries and ensure a positive experience for every client. - Process payments and manage client transactions accurately.

- Assist in marketing initiatives and promote spa services and products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk coordination, preferably in a medical or spa setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and medical scheduling software.
- Knowledge of med spa services and products.
- Previous experience in sales.
