We’re expanding, friends! Sculpt Studios is a fast-growing, all-female strength training studio in Royal Oak, MI, and we’re gearing up for even bigger things—including a second location! Our mission is to empower women through strength, confidence, and community. To keep up with our growth, we’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Assistant Studio Manager to join the team and take on this exciting challenge with us!

As the go-to person for studio operations, client success, and emergency coverage, you’ll be a key leader in keeping things running smoothly while inspiring our clients to crush their goals.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for client issues, including app functionality, billing questions, and booking challenges.
- Resolve client concerns with efficiency and a high level of professionalism.
- Conduct client Kickstart calls to onboard new members, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported as they begin their fitness journey.
- Guide clients through fitness and nutrition planning, helping them create actionable goals and providing resources to support their success.
Sales:
- Engage in sales activities, including following up with leads, conducting studio tours, and closing memberships.
- Contribute to sales campaigns and promotions to grow studio membership.
- Track sales metrics and help meet team goals, with a focus on delivering a high-conversion client experience.
Client Retention:
- Own the retention process, proactively connecting with clients to ensure they feel engaged, motivated, and valued.
- Develop strategies to reduce membership pauses and cancellations.
- Track and meet retention goals, with performance-based bonuses tied to your success.
Coaching and Training:
- Lead group classes and personal training sessions, delivering exceptional coaching focused on form, strength, and confidence.
- Provide clients with expert guidance on their fitness and nutrition plans, ensuring workouts are tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and uphold the studio’s high training standards.
Studio Operations:
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Support daily studio operations, including opening/closing responsibilities, and maintaining an organized, professional environment.
- Be first in line for emergency studio coverage to ensure a seamless client experience.
What You Bring:
- Fitness coaching and nutrition experience. You have a background in helping clients create and stick to personalized fitness and nutrition plans.
- Customer service skills. You’re experienced in handling client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Sales experience. You know how to communicate value, close deals, and achieve sales goals.
- Retention expertise. You understand how to keep clients engaged and motivated for the long term.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills. You’re comfortable handling emergencies, adapting to change, and stepping up when needed.
