Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Sculpted MD, a leading hormone clinic specializing in comprehensive hormone therapy and wellness services. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including detailed history taking, evaluation of hormone levels and other relevant tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for hormone replacement therapy and other related treatments, in collaboration with the clinic's interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on clinical outcomes.
- Prescribe medications, administer injections, and perform other therapeutic procedures within the scope of practice.
- Stay up to date on the latest research and advancements in hormone therapy and related fields to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of practice.
- Multiple state licenses encouraged
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills, with a strong understanding of hormone-related disorders and treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and empower patients.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
