Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support the team by bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are tidy and welcoming.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in banquet setups and breakdowns as needed during special events.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and needs promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food service practices, including food handling and culinary techniques.
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
