Position Overview
As a Marketing Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing events and logistics. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
- Manage attendee and booth registrations for clients marketing events.
- Coordinate hotel bookings and event request forms.
- Oversee post-event surveys to gather and analyze attendee feedback.
- Arrange products, marketing signage and furnishings shipping, tracking, and display for client’s event booths.
CRM Management
- Qualify and organize leads for marketing and sales teams for clients.
- Assign and update contact information in the CRM database for clients.
- Manage clients CEU course registrants and certificates for clients.
Additional Responsibilities
- Compile and distribute quarterly post-event survey summaries.
- Prepare monthly analytic summaries for clients internal reporting.
- Manage shipping and receiving of shared assets for events and campaigns for clients.
- Track and log client asset requests to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate the printing and distribution of marketing literature for clients.
- Process and oversee all promotional materials for clients.
- Maintain relationships with third party vendors for various marketing needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event coordination or a similar logistics/warehouse role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with team and clients.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree not required but preferred.
- Must be based in Indianapolis, IN.
- Must be willing to be onsight in Indianapolis office minimum of two days per week.
