Duties as a Client Support Associate:
- Attract potential customers by clarifying product and service inquiries; suggesting information about other products and services to fulfill their needs and completing sales
- Process customer orders, prepare correspondences, and surpass customer needs to ensure customer retainment
- Establish sustainable relationships of trust with consumers through open, welcoming, and interactive communication
- Meet personal and Client Support team sales goals set by Management staff
- Place customer sales orders, receive confidential payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Answer questions relating to warranties or terms of sale with accuracy and confidence
- Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider, inform them of deals or sales promotions, and upsell services as needed
- Attend entry-level meetings with other Client Support Associates and the sales management team to ensure proper customer service is being executed
Qualifications We Look for in a Client Support Associate:
- Entry level knowledge of customer service, sales, retail, client assistance or a related field is preferred
- Customer-centric and ability to adapt and/or respond to a variety of characters
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, consumers, management, and clients
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of the Client Support Associate team and independently with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time adequately
- High School Diploma / GED
- College degree preferred but not necessary
